YOGA CLASSES:
A warm welcome to you - whatever your Age, Sex or Fitness
Classes in mississauga . The classes are suitable for the majority of people and level of practice.
But we offer one-to-one or special requirements classes also.(All classes with prior appontment ONLY)
Class Time: Morning: 8 am-9.30
10 am-11.30 pm
Evening 6 pm-7.30 pm
7.30 pm-9 pm
Fee: $ 15 per session
For Class:
You will need to take a suitable mat, blanket (and block if required) as these will not normally be available at the venue.
Newcomers should wear loose fitting clothing and be prepared to discuss their health with the teacher to ensure the class is appropriate for them
You can book a series of sessions.
CLASSES are Suitable for those new to yoga whilst also offering something for the more experienced student. Please ring / email to confirm your place
